Planned Parenthood Waterloo Region is a not-for-profit, pro-choice organization of professionals and trained volunteers committed to promoting healthy and responsible sexuality. We provide sexuality counselling and educational services based on a strong belief in self determination, and an understanding that we all need accurate information to make choices and decisions appropriate for all stages of our lives.

Our services include:

• Speakers, seminars, workshops and displays on sexuality topics
• Peer Theatre Education program
• Counselling on contraception, pregnancy, fertility and sexuality concerns and pregnancy options (abortion, adoption, parenting)
• On-site pregnancy testing with immediate results
• Resource centre with a wide variety of sexuality and family planning resources available including publications and pamphlets on a range of sexuality topics
• Condoms and lube are available to clients free of charge in our resource centre
